Spark is Now a Cold Brew!
Spark is now a cold brew! Up until now, we’ve produced Spark using a hot brewed/flash chilled method, creating a unique iced coffee. It was a fun experiment, but cold brew reigns king in our brewhouse - therefore, Spark is now joining in the ranks as a single origin cold brew coffee. It is an Ethiopian coffee and the fruitiest tasting in our cold brew line up. We taste notes of citrus, berries, and brown sugar in this iteration.
