Recipe with V60:

  1. 1:10 ratio

  2. 22g coffee ground fine (Baratza Encore setting 10)

  3. Water at 205°F

  4. 60g bloom + stir

  5. 00:40 pour up to 140g

  6. 01:10 pour up to 220g

  7. Gentle spin for an even draw-down

Recipe with Aeropress:

  1. 22g coffee ground fine (10 on Baratza Encore)

  2. Water at 205°F

  3. 60g bloom + stir

  4. Pour up to 220g

  5. Cap off the Aeropress and wait 2 mins

  6. 2:00 remove plunger and stir

  7. Press, about 30 seconds

  8. Pour over a 16oz cup of ice
