When we first tasted this last year, we knew we had to try and bring it back—a decadent and rich cup filled with notes of blueberry cheesecake, strawberry, and cabernet. The aromas alone will fill your senses and leave you wanting more thanks to the award-winning producers at Daye Bensa’s Hamasho Washing Station. Coffee in this area is grown at staggering heights of 2,300 meters above sea level, resulting in a very dense bean that is crammed full of delicious acidity and sweetness. This is a community lot produced by many surrounding smallholder farmers who deliver their cherry to the Hamasho station.
